Microphone ports are cleaned, hearing aid housing is cleansed, domes are replaced (RIC devices), tubing replaced (BTE devices), custom earmolds are cleansed, and wax filters are replaced. Charging contacts are cleaned for rechargeable hearing aids. Zinc-air batteries are replaced for non-rechargeable hearing aids.

Discussion about hearing aid options and recommendations after having a comprehensive hearing exam. Recommendations are made based on your current hearing test, features that may be useful to you, and your lifestyle.
Hearing exam must be within 6 months.

Hearing aids are programmed to your current prescription using Real Ear Measurements. Once programmed and fit comfortably to your ears, you are taught how to use your new devices. Several follow up visits are included with your hearing aid purchase.

If your hearing has changed, your hearing aids can be reprogrammed with a new prescription. Or, if you just want a small change in your settings, we can make an adjustment for you

An ear mold impression is needed for making custom ear molds, ear plugs, or hearing protection. Your ear canal is temporarily filled with a quick-setting silicone based material to make the impression.

Custom ear pieces that fit securely in your ear for purposes such as hearing aid use, hearing protection, swimming, and sleeping. An earmold impression is required to make these custom pieces.

Minor repairs such as receiver replacement (RIC devices) or patching holes or cracks in custom hearing aids can be done in-house.
For more severe cases, hearing aids may be sent to manufacturer for repair.

Hearing aid accessories such as a partner microphone or TV adapter are great tools to enhance sound quality in addition to hearing aids.

Devices to help enhance safety and comfort around your home. Can be used with or independently hearing aids.
Devices Available: Captioned telephones, amplified doorbells, amplified alarm clocks, bed-shaker alarm clocks.

If you have Bluetooth enabled hearing aids, they may be compatible to use with your cell phone. Phone calls can be streamed through your hearing aids for better clarity versus holding the phone up to your ear.
